RFL Rulebook

The complete, current set of rules governing RFL gameplay, conduct, franchise ownership, and league procedure. All players are expected to know and follow these rules. Staff and referees have final say on all rulings.

Fundamental rules such as the out-of-bounds rule are considered implicitly understood and are enforced even if not explicitly listed here. This is a brand new league — gameplay-specific rules will be added and expanded as Season 1 progresses.
